Gena oversees all fundraising and development initiatives for Sister-Corps. She designs and implements strategic plans that align with organizational priorities and Board goals. Known for her versatility, Gena willingly takes on additional responsibilities to support other officers when workloads are heavy. Her many years in law enforcement contribute to her composure, analytical thinking, and ability to problem-solve under pressure—qualities that serve the organization exceptionally well.
