Dr. Leeann Moore co-founded Sister-Corps in 2017 after witnessing the urgent need for organized, skilled volunteer response during Hurricane Harvey. With a background in organizational leadership, personnel development, and research-driven decision-making, she oversees national deployments, strategic planning, fundraising, and volunteer leadership initiatives. Leeann has a background in research and uses current information and longitudinal data to guide growth and capacity-building.
